At Long Melford Cricket Academy, we are dedicated to developing the next generation of cricketing talent. Our academy provides a comprehensive cricketing experience for young players across multiple age groups, ensuring tailored coaching and development for each level. This allows for a seamless transition from academy level to adult cricket when they're ready.
We are proud to run four age group sides including an 15's sidess, an under 13's side and an under 11's side.

Phillip runs the academy along with a number of other coaches and volunteers. An academy graduate himself, he knows the importance of providing a great cricketing experience to young players to keep them engaged and improving during their time at the academy.
